Yes. Broomheads understand that everybody leads busy lives today. Therefore our head Office is open 7 Days per week including Bank Holidays. We are available to make appointments, attend to essential property repairs and receive rent payments 7 days per week.
What is Rent Guarantee for Landlords?
If your tenant doesn’t pay your rent, Broomheads will pay it to you, on the due date, for up to 6 months.
During the 6 month window Broomheads will engage the services of a lawyer up to a value of £1,000 & – At No Direct Cost To You -begin the eviction process.
To summarise – No interruption to you, you will continue to receive your rent on time, on the due date for 6 months.
